Leadership Montgomery Welcomes New Team Member

Leadership Montgomery is pleased to announce a new addition to its team. Dana Pauley (EL 2017) serves as Vice President of Philanthropic Investments working with businesses, funders and grantmakers to ensure LM is able to continue a legacy of sustainability within the community. Dana has been committed to creating opportunities that empower people through high-impact organizations for nearly a decade. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Ms. Pauley is skilled in relationship management, marketing, special events, grants management, board relations, major gifts, and annual fund. Most recently, Ms. Pauley was the Director of Development for MdBio Foundation and responsible for leading all philanthropic efforts. Notable impacts of her work there include the build of the country’s most advanced STEM education mobile laboratory and geographic expansion of programming into Texas for Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. Previously, she held development positions for nonprofits with education and health-related missions including Planned Parenthood and the United States Naval Academy. An ardent supporter of service, philanthropy, and social change, Ms. Pauley serves on the board of directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Western Maryland Chapter, the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County, and is on the advisory committee for Sheppard Pratt Health System. Ms. Pauley actively participates in additional volunteer opportunities in the community and currently resides in Boyds with her husband and three children.
