EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Rebuilding Together Montgomery County (RTMC) seeks a visionary leader who is passionate about developing creative, sustainable strategies to preserve affordable homeownership and neighborhood revitalization. RTMC fulfills its mission by assisting the most vulnerable homeowners to maintain their most precious asset: their homes. The Executive Director works in partnership with the Board to set the strategic direction of RTMC and lead the staff to implement the organization’s strategic priorities. SENIOR DEVELOPMENT OFFICER FOR CORPORATE AND FOUNDATION RELATIONS

The Folger Shakespeare Library is seeking a creative, energetic, and experienced development professional with experience in foundation and government grants, and corporate sponsorship, to join this dynamic team as they enter an exciting campaign. The Senior Development Officer for Corporate and Foundation Relations (SDO-CFR) will be the primary officer devoted to expanding upon a sizable institutional relations portfolio, with particular attention to enhancing institutional mission and capacity through seven-figure research and project grants, and to building a robust foundation and corporate sponsorship program for a growing exhibitions program and annual operations. The SDO-CFR will develop plans and target benchmarks for improved corporate sponsorship opportunities; personally cultivate and provide stewardship for funders; position and support leadership in conversations with potential funders and partners; strategically secure funding for both projects and standard activities; and prepare, submit, and track funding.
