PROGRAMS AND OFFICE ASSISTANT

Bethesda Green is currently searching for a new Program and Office Assistant. The right individual will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational activities at the Bethesda Green office and provide program support to the Be Green Hub Director and the Program Manager. The individual in this position will oversee the daily activities at our 35,000 square-foot center in Silver Spring, MD. DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS

A Wider Circle is also seeking a Director of Client Relations. The Director of Client Relations supervises a team that works daily with individuals and families seeking to rise out of poverty, serving as the main point of contact for those coming to us for assistance with their basic needs, helping them at each step of the way. In addition, as we grow this particular program, the Client Relations team will help families to identify other sources of support and build longer-term relationships with those who come to us. DIRECTOR OF GRANTS AND COMMUNITY IMPACT

The Healthcare Initiative Foundation is seeking a Director of Grants and Community Impact. The Director of Grants and Community Impact is responsible for mission-driven and program-related grant investment programs including: development of strategy and approach, identification of investment opportunities, due diligence, and implementation and monitoring of HIF grantees. The Director plays a highly visible role in the community and meets with grantee partners and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to advance mutual goals. In addition, the Director serves as liaison to the Board of Trustees’ Grant Advisory Committee and is responsible for providing content expertise on a portion of the grant portfolio to the Grant Advisory Committee (GAC) and Board of Trustees. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/ OFFICE MANAGER 

The Healthcare Initiative Foundation also has an opening for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the HIF President and CEO, and the Director of Grants and Community Impact; and provides overall office management for the Foundation. This is a full-time, non-exempt position which reports directly to the HIF President and CEO. HIF’s general business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional early morning, evening, and weekend meetings and events. GRANTS & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Artivate is currently hiring for a Grand & Communications Manager. The Grants & Communications Manager works with the Executive Director to create an annual plan and manages grant cultivation in cooperation with Artivate staff. This position also assists with the execution of fund raising events. The Grants & Communications Manager provides content and stories for electronic dissemination and coordinates efforts in securing grant funding that enable Artivate to sustain operations and deliver on its mission.
