CHIEF PARTNERSHIP OFFICER

DONOR RELATIONS MANAGER & DIRECTOR, LEADERSHIP  AND LEGACY GIVING. 

The Children’s Inn at NIH seeks both a Donor Relations Manager and a Director, Leadership & Legacy Giving.

The Donor Relations Manager position has overall responsibility for the database and manages the prospect management and research system to support the Development Office’s strategic fundraising goals, including oversight for the integrity of the database, tracking donor and prospect solicitations and giving, and preparing concise reports that support planning and decision-making. The Donor Relations Manager reports to the Director, Development Operations and Strategic Partnerships and supervises the Development Database Coordinator and the Database Assistant.

The Director, Leadership & Legacy Giving is responsible for the oversight and direction of the Individual Giving program (including annual gifts, major gifts legacy giving). This position works with the Chief Development and Communications Officer to develop fundraising goals and strategies for engaging individual prospects and donors in support of The Inn. This position supervises the Associate Director of Leadership and Legacy Giving as well as the Manager, Annual Giving.

PARENT OUTREACH WORKER

Identity, Inc seeks a Parent Outreach Worker. This position assesses parents and families’ needs and concerns. Responsibilities include: completing needs assessments, follow-up surveys, and action plans; case management services. Plans and implements monthly parent meetings; and maintains records. DIRECTOR OF ADULT BEREAVEMENT SERVICES (PART-TIME)

Hospice Caring, Inc seeks a Director of Adult Bereavement Services. This position is responsible for the management and coordination of support programs and services for grieving adults provided by Hospice Caring. Programs include bereavement support groups, a weekend-long, bereaved caregivers’ retreat, Tree-of-Love memorial ceremony, and community workshops and presentations. MANAGER OF FINANCE

Montgomery County Collaboration Council for Children, Youth and Families sees a Manager of Finance. The Manager of Finance is a full time position responsible for providing timely financial information, managing assets and risks and utilizing best practices in finance and accounting, internal controls and operations to provide critical financial information to staff and management. The Manager of Finance promotes the mission of the Montgomery County Collaboration Council (MCCC) by supporting employees, supervisors and the Board of Directors and its committees in the furtherance of their financial responsibilities of managing, sustaining, promoting and doing the work of the organization. The Manager of Finance is responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting of financial information in MCCC’s ledger system. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation and account reconciliation, year-end audit and tax preparations. Adventure Theatre MTC (ATMTC) is the longest running theater for young audiences in the Washington DC Metro area with an integrated and nationally renowned technique based training facility for aspiring musical theater artists in the area.
