Support Scholarships

Leadership Montgomery seeks, as a priority, philanthropic investments to sustain its ability to attract and enroll diverse leaders suited for the leadership programs. Scholarships are offered to support participation in the Emerging Leaders, CORE, and Senior Leadership Montgomery programs.

Our Emerging Leaders are an inclusive cross-section of individuals from various backgrounds and industries. These are the agents of change who will cultivate a long, thriving future for Montgomery County.

Our Senior Leaders know the history of our county: the people, the organizations, the challenges, and the changes. They serve as valuable contributors to our organization and invaluable guides to our present and future leaders.

Support Sustainability

Being in the forefront of change requires the resources to keep our research cutting edge, our programs relevant, and our infrastructure up to date to keep the pace with today’s technology. Being able to grow and provide value-added services to members, partners, and the public requires flexibility and strategic investments. Leadership Montgomery achieves these goals by maintaining a strategic reserve innovation fund. Funding for innovation and sustainability has led to the leadership in action initiative including the Corporate Volunteer Council and racial equity work.
