INFORM

We inform the leaders and future leaders of Montgomery County through relevant programs, training, events, and experiential learning opportunities that broaden perspectives and deepen understanding.

CONNECT

We connect leaders across public, private and nonprofit sectors to forge relationships and discover common interests that create a strong, thriving and dynamic community.

SUPPORT

We support individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals as well as community advancement by offering service and volunteer opportunities to our members and partners where they can put their knowledge and connections to work for good.

“The role of a creative leader is not to have all the ideas; it’s to create a culture where everyone can have ideas and feel that they’re valued.”
