CORE

Through this exclusive program, established executives from across the public, private and nonprofit sectors will expand their knowledge, influence, and effectiveness as leaders and advocates for Montgomery County.

EL

Emerging Leaders is a dynamic program designed for professionals looking to develop and grow their leadership capabilities, enhance their knowledge of Montgomery County, and build their network.

ENCORE

The Encore program (formerly the Senior Leadership Montgomery program) is for those recently retired or soon-to-be-retired from full-time employment. This program will help participants discover their post-professional leadership purpose.

REAL

The REAL Inclusion program is designed to provide organizations the awareness, skills and structures needed to identify and implement practices that lead to racially equitable outcomes.

INFORM

We inform the leaders and future leaders of Montgomery County through relevant programs, training, events, and experiential learning opportunities that broaden perspectives and deepen understanding.

CONNECT

We connect leaders across public, private and nonprofit sectors to forge relationships and discover common interests that create a strong, thriving and dynamic community.

SUPPORT

We support individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals as well as community advancement by offering service and volunteer opportunities to our members and partners where they can put their knowledge and connections to work for good.

Ag Reserve Bus Tour

The Montgomery County Office of Agriculture is providing us with a bus tour of the Ag Reserve.  Jeremy Criss, The Director of the Office of Agriculture, will be our narrator and tour guide.  We will make three stops along the way to meet local farmers and learn about their businesses:   Stoney Castle Farm (commodity), Landmade (brewery) and Comus Farm (Ag Tourism).  Lunch will be provided.

Sprouted from an idea that started at her kitchen table eleven years ago and fueled by her 2019 appearance on ABC’s entrepreneurial-themed reality show “Shark Tank” where she received an investment.

Join us for our third session of Leadership Solves, a new opportunity for alumni engagement.    The third session will focus on how the county is working to make it easier to start a business in Montgomery County and how YOU can get involved to help.   We are pleased to have Councilmember Natali Fani-Gonzalez (CORE 2021), Jake Weissman, Assistant Chief Administrative Officer for Montgomery County Government, and Gene Smith, Manager, Montgomery County Business Center come and talk to us about what Montgomery County Government is doing to streamline this process.
