Leadership Montgomery’s Corporate Volunteer Council Program (CVC) connects businesses and professionals to structured volunteer and community engagement opportunities in Montgomery County. The CVC program provides companies and their employees with information and guidance related to employee volunteer programming as well as managed service opportunities across the County.
Specific CVC programming areas include:
Businesses of all sizes that want to engage their employees in structured volunteer and community engagement opportunities. The types of engagement include becoming a Leadership Montgomery Supporter or becoming a Leadership Montgomery Partner at the organization level. The staff at Leadership Montgomery can help find the right match for each unique organization looking to meet their community engagement goals.
- Increased employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Consultation and guidance from Leadership Montgomery staff to identify strategic volunteer and community engagement goals
- Insights and best practices for employee volunteerism.
- Employees who are more knowledgeable and invested in the communities in which they live and work.

Costs are based on the level of participation. Individual participation is as little as $200. Businesses are invited to select from Leadership Partnership levels beginning at $750 to take advantage of offerings that meet their community engagement goals. Several of our offerings are also available on a fee-for-service basis. Please contact our office for more information.
