Help us spread cheer this holiday season! Consider making a financial contribution to support the purchase of toys, gift cards and grocery staples for each family we serve.  With your help and involvement, we can ensure a successful 2023 Holiday Giving Project, meeting our goal of supporting 280 families and over 600 children right here in our own community.

We are looking forward to our Holiday Giving Distribution Party on Friday, December 15, 2023.  We will be purchasing gifts and creating a shopping experience for families including a wrapping station, music, and holiday cheer!  Due to possible supply chain issues and shipping delays, we are trying to collect funds earlier this year so we can buy everything in time.  Thanks to all those who have donated so far, we are so happy to partner with you to support this amazing cause.

How You Can Get Involved

About Holiday Giving

For more than 30 years, the Holiday Giving Project of Montgomery County has helped residents in need celebrate the December holidays. A coalition of more than 20 non-profits, local governments, and faith groups volunteer to collect and distribute donations of holiday food, gift cards, or toys to Holiday Giving Project recipients by ZIP code. Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services is the coordinating agency for this county-wide effort.

Leadership Montgomery focuses our giving and collection efforts on the 20906 ZIP code, an area of high need in the County. We are proud to partner with Kennedy Cluster Project for these efforts. We will be happy to connect LM Members and Partners with opportunities to support the Holiday Giving Project in other ZIP codes as desired.
