CEO Conversations with Zeki Mokhtarzada

Zeki Mokhtarzada is a technology innovator. At the height of the dot-com era in 1999, Zeki helped create the world’s first web-based operating system. The next year, Zeki and his brothers founded FreeWebs, a platform that offers digital marketing products to small businesses. He served as engineer, architect, and CTO overseeing all of the technology for the site, which eventually grew to serve tens of millions of visitors each month. FreeWebs (later called Webs) was acquired by Vistaprint in 2011 and Zeki served as Lead Architect and Engineering Manager of Digital Products.
