Leadership Montgomery Announces 2024 Program Participants
Along with 2024 CORE and Emerging Leaders, organization launches revamped Encore Program
Rockville, MD (June 28, 2023)- Leadership Montgomery (LM), a Montgomery County-based nonprofit connecting leaders working in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors has announced the participants for its 2024 Emerging Leaders (EL), Connecting Our Region’s Execs (CORE), and Encore Programs. This year’s leadership program participants include 87 Montgomery County leaders from across sectors.
“LM is thrilled to convene such a diverse group of leaders to participate in the leadership programs,” said Dana Pauley, President and CEO of Leadership Montgomery. “By gathering cross-sector leaders to advance thinking around current regional issues, they can examine challenges and solutions from multiple perspectives.
CORE, the organization’s flagship program, is geared toward seasoned leaders looking to enhance their leadership, while the EL program is for rising leaders who demonstrate commitment to their community and are looking to build their leadership.
The Encore program, formerly Senior Leadership Montgomery, will help leaders transitioning or who have transitioned out of full-time work find their post-professional leadership purpose.
Beginning in September, class participants will attend learning sessions to connect and prepare them to build thriving and inclusive communities in Montgomery County and beyond
