Corporate Volunteer Award Nominations

Innovative Employee Volunteer Program

This award will recognize a business that has implemented a new angle to employee volunteerism through an “outside-the-box” approach. Businesses nominated for this award should significantly impact Montgomery County nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve. Our selection committee will look for total employee volunteer service hours; support from company leadership; and impact on local nonprofits and the communities in which they serve.

Partnership of the Year

This award will recognize a business serving Montgomery County through volunteerism and their nonprofit partner, as considered by our selection committee.  The selection committee will evaluate how the partnership has benefitted the local community throughout the last year.

Well Workplace Award

This award, sponsored by Montgomery Hospice and Gallagher Insurance Company, will recognize a local company, branch, or office that is committed to benefiting the whole person through integrated employee wellness and volunteerism programs. Our selection committee will look for clear communication of opportunities, both internally and externally; alignment with company goals and mission; level of employee engagement; and leadership support in funding and participation.
