REAL (Racial Equity Action Leadership) Inclusion is a cohort experience for organizational teams of 2-5 members to grow their collective knowledge, skills, and confidence to operationalize racial equity within their organizations. Participants develop a strategic action plan as they explore the history and implications of systemic racism, examine their own experiences and identities, and investigate race and power in the workplace.
