In 2018, Dana Pauley joined Leadership Montgomery as Vice President, Philanthropic Investments to lead the team that oversees fundraising, marketing, membership, events, and programs housed under the leadership in action initiative, including the Corporate Volunteer Council and racial equity work. Prior to working for LM, Ms. Pauley held leadership positions in development and marketing for education and health nonprofits. Across her career, she has partnered and worked with global companies, foundations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to further collaborative leadership that achieves access, equity, and inclusion. She has a deep background in fundraising (annual fund, special events, grants, capital campaigns, and major gifts), strategic planning, marketing, program development, and producing events and trainings across a wide variety of topics.
Ms. Pauley serves as the Chair of the board for the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County, is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and regularly participates in additional volunteering activities in the community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Counseling and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) who lives in Montgomery County with her husband and three children.
