Dana Pauley joined the Leadership Montgomery team in July 2018 as Vice President, Philanthropic Investments. In her role she leads the team that oversees fundraising, marketing, membership, events, and programs, including the Corporate Volunteer Council and racial equity work. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Ms. Pauley is skilled in relationship management, marketing, special events, grants management, board relations, major gifts, program development, and annual fund. Most recently, Ms. Pauley was the Director of Development for MdBio Foundation (now called Learning Undefeated) and responsible for leading all philanthropic efforts. Notable impacts of her work there include the build of the country’s most advanced STEM education mobile laboratory and geographic expansion of programming into Texas for Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. Previously, she held development positions for nonprofits with education and health-related missions including Planned Parenthood and the United States Naval Academy. Ms. Pauley serves on the board of the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County and currently resides in Boyds with her husband and three children.
