About this Workshop

Knowing how to engage in conflict is an essential leadership skill. When leaders can effectively respond to disagreements, tensions, misunderstandings, and differences in opinion or goals, they can cultivate a healthy work environment and achieve organizational goals.
In this workshop, participants will explore holistic approaches to navigating conflict that focus on addressing the underlying causes of conflicts and learn how to foster solutions that promote dialogue, empathy, and understanding.

Who should attend?

Leaders at every level who want to approach conflict as an opportunity for personal growth, healthier relationships, and a catalyst for constructive change.

During this workshop, we will delve into:

  • How your personal perceptions, attitudes, communication style and habits around conflict impact the ability to engage with others.
  • Strategies to grow confidence and tackle difficult personalities and challenging conversations.
  • Relational and structural patterns within the workplace that hinder opportunities for mutual growth and understanding.
  • Tools to disrupt harmful dynamics and allow healthier dynamics to emerge
