The Essentials series is a transformative multi-day program designed to cultivate essential leadership skills in today’s dynamic and diverse work environments.
During this multi-day series, participants will focus on developing self-awareness, authentic leadership, effective communication, empathy, strategic thinking, and more. Participants will also engage in interactive sessions, practical exercises, and collaborative activities to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive organizational success.
- Mid-level professionals aiming to refine their core leadership skills and prepare for expanded roles.
- Individuals transitioning from tactical to strategic leadership roles.
- Professionals who are motivated to enhance their ability to lead diverse teams, solve complex challenges, and drive community impact.

This multi-day series will be offered several times throughout the calendar year. The next series will be June 25-27, 2025.
