Leadership is a process, not a position.

Leadership Montgomery (LM) builds, enhances, and transitions leaders through its three individual leadership programs: Emerging Leaders, CORE, and Encore. In these programs, participants are provided with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks they need at various stages of their careers to strengthen their leadership and impact their communities.

Register below to attend one of our two info sessions. During these sessions, you will learn more about our three leadership programs and other programs and services designed to elevate leaders in our community. We will also hear from alumni about how they have implemented elements of the community leadership framework into their lives and communities.
