Engage Montgomery is a comprehensive one-day leadership program designed to empower Montgomery County residents and professionals with the insights and skills to navigate the county’s systems and structures effectively.
During this one-day intensive, participants will explore the intricate workings of local government, nonprofit, and civic organizations, gaining the tools and confidence to collaborate with key stakeholders, engage in civic life, and drive meaningful impact in their communities.
- Professionals or community members looking for introductory experience in community leadership.
- Individuals who have limited time and want to explore leadership practices while building foundational skills.
- Individuals new to the county who would like a “crash course” in county systems and key stakeholders
