2024 Encore Program Application

This program (formerly the Senior Leadership Montgomery program) is for people who are either planning to retire from full-time work within the calendar year or have retired within the last five years and wish to cultivate a purposeful post-professional leadership transition.

Encore Program Participation Requirements

Live in Montgomery County

Be planning to retire from full-time work within the calendar year or have retired within the last five years

Be willing to give their time, energy, and expertise to volunteer/community service

Complete and submit an application for the Encore Program
2023-2024 Encore Session Dates
The Encore program meets once every other month between September and May of each year for a total of five sessions. Each full-day session typically runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 2023-2024 session days are as follows:
