Grace Virtue, Ph.D. Joins LM Team

Leadership Montgomery today announced its newest member of the team. Grace Virtue, Ph.D.  joined LM as the Director, Partnerships & Corporate Engagement. Grace joins us to lead the strategy, initiatives, and delivery of corporate engagement, including consulting, program development, and training. She will also work with external clients and partners to build corporate engagement plans that align with their organizational and business goals.

As a management team member, Grace will be involved in organization-wide strategic and business planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives.

Grace is public affairs practitioner with extensive experience in higher education, global health, and other non-profits. She earned her doctorate and master’s degree from Howard University and her bachelor’s from the Caribbean Institute of Mass Communication in Kingston, Jamaica. Deeply grounded in the humanities and social science, Virtue approaches her work through a social justice lens.
