DIRECTOR OF VIRGINIA PARTNERSHIPS AND STRATEGY

The Meyer Foundation seeks to hire a Director of Virginia Partnerships and Strategy to lead the Foundation’s work in Virginia and with immigrant-serving and immigrant-focused organizations throughout the region. This person in this position is a partner in driving social change and racial justice by proactively developing knowledge of community needs and of those working toward solutions and cultivating and stewarding relationships with stakeholders. The Partnership’s Director provides input on programmatic strategy within the assigned issue and geographic areas through a racial justice lens to achieve the goals in the Foundation’s strategic plan, convenes grantees and other partners with shared goals, strengthens existing networks and builds partnerships with external colleagues; communicates the Foundation’s goals and strategy to potential applicants, current grantees, and other partners; and reviews and recommends action on grant applications. DEPUTY DIRECTOR, DIGITAL MEDIA

Signature Theatre, a Tony Award®-winning, non-profit professional theater in the Washington, DC area, seeks a Deputy Director, Digital Media to join its dynamic marketing team. The Deputy Director, Digital Media is the primary point person responsible for all of Signature’s digital presence and projects — including website (e-commerce, content, updates), email programs, and digital analytics — devising strategy to use online communications tools to fulfill Signature’s mission and financial goals. A successful candidate will be expected to be curious about and maintain an excellent understanding of Signature’s artistic, fundraising and education programs. This position is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, and reports to and works very closely with the Director of Marketing.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Montgomery County Health and Human Services – MD is hiring for a Program Coordinator for newly arriving migrants and asylum-seeking children, youth, and families. The Program Coordinator will  ensure coordination with Montgomery County Public Schools, existing DHHS programs, providers, other agencies and stakeholders. DIRECTOR OF VENUE RENTALS AND OPERATIONS

Strathmore is hiring. The Director of Venue Rentals and Operations is a member of the Operations Department leadership team and manages a comprehensive set of responsibilities including, event calendar management; outside rental and partner license agreements and settlements; campus-wide operation department meetings; oversight of rental events and special projects management; departmental budget development and execution; liaising with other departments and partners; and other duties as assigned. The Director of Venue Rentals and Operations is the principal contact for all standard ticketed event rentals in the Concert Hall and Education Center, Mansion and AMP, responsible for servicing the entire process, from inquiry to execution to settlement. The University of Maryland Support, Advocacy, Freedom, and Empowerment (SAFE) Center for Human Trafficking Survivors is hiring a Director of Economic Empowerment. Economic empowerment is a key element in helping trafficking survivors reach their self-determined goals. The Director of Economic Empowerment will build a portfolio of comprehensive economic empowerment programs to respond to this critical need. This is a highly visible leadership position as the Economic Empowerment Program is a main feature of the SAFE Center’s long-term strategic plan. This position will provide strategic direction, innovation, capacity building, and management to a range of empowerment services that will assist human trafficking survivors to become financially empowered, independent, and self-sufficient.
