DIRECTOR OF ADVANCEMENT

Olney Theatre Center for the Arts (OTC) seeks an innovative, dynamic, collaborative, and enthusiastic advancement professional to join its senior leadership team and oversee the department during an exciting period of transition and growth, including the prioritization of plans and actions to focus on being an anti-racist organization. Reporting to the Managing Director, and working closely with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors, they will be responsible for raising more than $3.5M in annual support as well as work to further the progression of a $25M capital campaign, already underway. COMMUNITACTIONS ASSOCIATE 

Shepherd’s Table currently has an opening for a Communications Associate. The Communications Associate is a full-time position designed to provide leadership/support for the communications and marketing efforts of Shepherd’s Table. The Communications Associate will raise awareness of Shepherd’s Table and its programs in the community, and engage our supporters through social media, website/blog, newsletters, community events, and other communications and marketing opportunities. SNAP OUTREACH COORDINATOR (PART TIME) AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FULL TIME)

Manna Food Center currently has 2 positions open:

The SNAP Outreach Coordinator will serve as a conduit between Manna and the community members we work with by providing direct outreach and application assistance to communities and individuals eligible to receive Food Supplement Program (FSP or SNAP). S/he will work closely with our community engagement staff with the goal of ensuring participants have access to the maximum food and nutrition benefits available to them through local, state, and federal programs.
The Accounting Manager is a key member of Manna Food Center’s Administrative team, responsible for all accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring all financial information is appropriately and accurately recorded in the accounting system, completing budget and forecast, and preparing both the monthly and year-end financial statements. The Accounting Manager is tasked with ensuring organizational fiduciary duties are consistent with non-profit GAAP standards.
