
Grace Virtue, Ph.D.

Grace Virtue is public affairs practitioner with extensive experience in higher education, global health, and other non-profits. She earned her doctorate and master’s degree from Howard University, and her bachelor’s from the Caribbean Institute of Mass Communication in Kingston, Jamaica.
Prior to migrating, she taught print journalism at the university level for several years, alongside her work in media. Since then, she has taught at Bowie State University, Howard University, and the Department of Defense Information School. She has also facilitated trainings and workshops in several countries, including the Cayman Islands, France, Kenya, and Japan.
She is the Marcus Garvey Centenary Scholar, a former fellow of the Inter-American Press Association, and a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar. Deeply grounded in the humanities and social science, Virtue approaches her work through a social justice lens. She most recently earned an executive leadership certificate focused on diversity and inclusion from Yale University School of Management.
