About this Training

Cross-cultural collaboration fosters an inclusive environment where everyone’s perspectives are valued, leading to increased creativity, innovation, and problem-solving. Understanding the cultural factors influencing people’s interactions is essential for successfully working with others with varied experiences and cultural backgrounds. In this training, participants will explore ways to have positive engagement and collaboration within diverse cultural environments and develop skills to increase trust, understanding, and cooperation to accomplish collective goals.
